I've, personally, noticed that the thermostat does not have to be as low as many people think to cool the house. I keep mine on a steady 76 degrees and am quite comfortable - even with guests over. After seeing this I went to crumsac.com to check them out. Much to my surprise you were advertising a $12 tune-up so I clicked on the link and a few days later the technician came out to service my A/C. He was very professional and didnt try to sell me any additional services. I now have a new A/C company for my home and my rental properties. Thanks.
